To expand our Operations team, we are looking for you as

System Administrator Enterprise Mobility (w/m/d) (80 – 100%)

Your tasks

  • Coordinating and processing customer enquiries via telephone, email and ticket system
  • Providing end-user support for 1st and 2nd level support requests
  • Coordinating and implementing system changes and upgrades
  • Independently planning and performing regular managed service tasks and meetings
  • Onboarding and supporting our customers in collaboration with Key Account Management
  • Supporting and taking on tasks in customer projects

Your skills

  • Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
  • Experience with mobile IT or communication solutions
  • Knowledge of iOS, Android, Intune and Ivanti
  • A strong customer and service focus
  • Business fluent in German, French and English
