The provider of solutions and services for the secure business use of mobile devices now offers services centred around the Apple Business Manager, the web-based portal for the rapid provisioning, backup and management of all Apple devices. ‘With the Apple Business Manager service, we now guarantee the support, maintenance and operation of our customers’ Apple ecosystem. The service includes all relevant services relating to the Apple strategy, device fleet and end users,’ says Patrick Trevisan, Head of Sales, Marketing and Product Management at Nomasis. The new service includes reactive support, proactive maintenance including regular health checks, regular monitoring, tenant management and decommissioning of devices and apps. In quarterly service meetings, customers receive an up-to-date status report on their Apple Business Manager tenant, device fleet, support cases and changes.

Nomasis has long been a Certified Support and Certified IT Professional Partner of Apple and part of the Apple Consultants Network. The new managed service also includes smooth interaction with the customer’s unified endpoint management or mobile device management system.
